Notes
/grill-with-docs — so the agent is not building from fog.
/prototype and /handoff — to test the uncertain part in a toy version. A prototype is throwaway code that answers one question. It is not a first draft of the product; it is a cheap way to make the unknown visible. Use /handoff to move just that question into a fresh prototype session. Keep it small, let the prototype answer the question, then hand the answer back to the planning thread before you keep going.
/to-spec and /to-tickets — to break big work into reviewable slices. The spec is not paperwork; it captures the product shape while the context is still fresh. The tickets are not busywork; they are smaller handles for the agent — vertical slices that can be built, tested, reviewed, and improved independently.
Sandcastle — to run AFK agents somewhere safe.
/code-review — so each run teaches the next one.
